Hotcakes On The Go was founded in March of 2014 when the owner of Hennebery Pancakes of Hartford, Wisconsin sold the company to one of its most dedicated and valued employees. Henneberry Pancakes had been serving up hot, fresh pancakes since 1968 and provided a strong foundation for Hotcakes On The Go to begin a new chapter, expand and succeed. Since the beginning, Hotcakes On The Go has retained all former employees, while adding new friendly faces, and has remained true to its roots and committed to the customers we serve.

Today, Hotcakes On The Go proudly serves many different sized crowds and events. To date, the largest event we proudly served fed 6,803 people. We have the equipment, knowledge and experience to deliver food that is hot, delicious and fresh. Our mission is to have everyone leave satisfied with full stomachs!
